We take freshly picked Green Chile from Hatch, New Mexico, The Chile Capitol of the World, and Flame-Roast it to perfection. Peeled and carefully packed in 1lb, vacuum-sealed bags, we freeze it rapidly so the flavor is flawless for you. Sold in 5 lb. bundles (but packaged in 1 lb. bags so you can thaw in smaller amounts, as you need it), we ship these beauties cold and quickly. Select Chopped or Whole. Chile is peeled but not deseeded.
Mild heat taste is the 1904 variety of Hatch Chile Peppers.

Hatch enjoyed in the PNW

Miss having Hatch Chile in the Northwest! I do grow some, however it does take a while to grow. Good to have some now!

Exactly what I wanted! They’re excellent.

The flat frozen package is great too…fits in the freezer well, lined up like files in a cabinet. So much better than a round tub.
