We take freshly picked Green Chile from Hatch, New Mexico, The Chile Capitol of the World, and Flame-Roast it to perfection. Peeled and carefully packed in 1 lb., vacuum-sealed bags, we freeze it rapidly so the flavor is flawless for you. Sold in 5 lb. bundles (but packaged in 1 lb. bags so you can thaw in smaller amounts, as you need it), we ship these beauties cold and quickly. Select Chopped or Whole. Chile is peeled but not deseeded.
Hot heat taste peppers are Sandia Select, Arizona 88, or G76 varieties of Hatch Chile Peppers.

Love getting my Chile fix from you guys on a regular time line. Living in Florida and while the Seafood is amazing, there is NO GREEN CHILE! You ain’t lived till You have fresh caught grilled Snapper smothered in Green Chile salsa you just made !! OMG it is to die for!! Keep up the excellent work!
