Easy Taco Meat with Fresh Hatch Green Chile

Easy Taco Meat
2 1/4 lbs very lean Hamburger
1 jar  X-Hot Green Chile (Fresh Chile Company)
1 onion (chopped) optional

Sauté onion in a pan with a little olive oil then add the burger and cook on medium heat until no longer pink. 
Drain any excess fat from pan. 
Pour entire jar of green Chile over the meat, stir in and simmer covered for at least 10 min.
Serve in warmed taco shells or corn tortillas with cheese, shredded cabbage, sour cream, avocados, and our Fresh Red Instead.
