Green Chile Quiche

 

6 eggs

A drizzle of milk or half and half

Sprinkle of pepper, season salt, chives, and parsley

Green or Blend chile (about 1/2 a jar)

Lots of Colby Jack cheese

Sausage (optional)

Bake as a frittata or put in a crust for a quiche for 20 -30 minutes on 350' until firm. Top with red sauce drizzle when done. Enjoy!

Easy Taco Meat with Fresh Hatch Green Chile 0

Easy Taco Meat
2 1/4 lbs very lean Hamburger
1 jar  X-Hot Green Chile (Fresh Chile Company)
1 onion (chopped) optional

Sauté onion in a pan with a little olive oil then add the burger and cook on medium heat until no longer pink. 

Drain any excess fat from pan. 

Pour entire jar of green Chile over the meat, stir in and simmer covered for at least 10 min.

Serve in warmed taco shells or corn tortillas with cheese, shredded cabbage, sour cream, avocados, and our Fresh Red Instead.

Combine equal parts of Fresh Red Chile Sauce (HOT) with Fresh Chile Co. honey and warm on the stove. Once heated and combined you can slice into the top of ham drizzling the glaze all over the ham.
