Spicy Red Chile Fudge

Spicy Red Chile Fudge
2 - 10oz bags of baking chocolates or chocolate chips (We used Dark Chocolate, but any kind you want will work just fine)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp of Fresh Red Chile (XHot)
1 cup of pecans pieces (Optional)
In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, pour in 20oz of either baking chocolates or chocolate chips, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and 3 tbsp of Fresh Red Chile.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until melted. Remove from the microwave and stir until you get a creamy consistency.
Then add 1 cup of pecan pieces and stir those into the fudge.
Finally, pour into a pan and smooth to an even layer, put that into the fridge, or freezer, for about 3-4 hours. Once hardened, cut, serve, and enjoy!!
