Braised New Mexico Lamb Shanks with Rosemary, New Mexico Wine, and Fresh Red Chile. Below you can find the link to the recipe we used for this recipe. The only deviation is to also add a jar of our Abuela’s Traditional Red Chile Sauce or Fresh Red Chile Sauce you add the other liquids (broth and wine.) We also served it over posole instead of potatoes but you can eat with whatever side-dish you enjoy most.
