Mama's Hatch Chile Salsa Bruschetta
- Grated Havarti Cheese (Any cheese that you have on hand will do just fine as well)
- Mama's Salsa (Your desired heat level)
- 1 Baguette
Grate your cheese (as much as you'd like).
Slice the baguette into about 1/4" - 1/2" thick slices.
Place onto a baking sheet lined with either parchment paper or tin foil.
Place about 1 tbsp of Mama's Salsa on top of the baguette slices, then cover with a pinch of cheese.
Place under a broiler on high heat until the cheese is melted and the bread is starting to toast.
Serve and enjoy!
