Macho Nachos
Nacho Chips as desired
1 1/2 C. Fresh Chile Co. Taco Meat (Pure Hatch Green Chile)
1/2 C. Grated Asadero Cheese
1/2 C. Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 C. Chopped Tomatoes
4 T. Green and/or Black Olives
2 Sliced Avocados
Sour Cream (Optional)
Sliced Jalapenos (Optional)
Warm Taco meat in skillet. Arrange Nacho Chips on a large microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle taco meat and tomatoes over chips and cover with both kinds of cheese. Add olives, avocados, and jalapenos.
Repeat layers and warm in microwave until cheese melts. Top with sour cream. Drizzle with Fresh Red Chile Sauce.
Serve while cheese is warm.
