The following recipe is from Randy's father and he makes it every Sunday for their family dinner with all the kids and grandchildren! It's a big chunky salsa that is perfect on chips or in guacamole!
1 jar of our Red & Green Blend Chile or 1 Jar Hatch Pure Green Chile (Your Preference)
One can of diced tomatoes
1 - 2 crushed garlic cloves
Juice of one small lime
One medium-sized onion chopped fine.

Hello Mickey,
So glad you are enjoying our Chile all the way in Oregon! In addition to this website and the recipes archived here, we have a community facebook page dedicated to recipe sharing amongst our Fresh Chile community, including lots of recipes with pork and green Chile!

Could you perhaps talk to your IT person/web guru and see if they would make a button for your recipes that says print (like the facebook share, tweet, pin it buttons) that would make the recipe print on a 1 page with no graphics or low graphics. When I pull this recipe up and click print on my computer it makes it 3 pages and theres overlap with your website’s graphics. For instance if you go to the NY times cooking on their website its easy to just print a recipe. I cant wait to try this with the Red & Green chile that is on its way to me.
Got my 6 pack the other day (fast) . I grew up in Arizona in the 1950s but have lived in Oregon for the last 50 years and what I miss is a good green chili burrito. Here, salsa verdi has tomatillo (bah) and what I remember is pork cooked with green chili only with perhaps spices and thickening. If you could provide a recipe for that I would appreciate it.
