Hatch Chile Chocolate Cinnamon Cookies

Hatch Chile Chocolate Cinnamon Cookies
Ingredients:
  • 1 box of Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix (any similar brownie mix will do fine as well)
  • 2 tbsp of X-Hot Fresh Red Chile
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup of butter
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

Add brownie mix to a large bowl, add 1/3 cup of butter, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 egg, and 2 tbsp of Fresh Red Chile (X-Hot).
Mix until the mix reaches a semi-solid state.
Spray a baking sheet with either canola oil or a similar non-stick cooking spray, and add your cookies.
Use a tbsp measuring cup to make little cookie balls and place them onto the sheet.
Place into the oven at the brownie box's cooking instructions. 

Let the cookies cool, and enjoy!
