Green Chile Quiche
6 eggs
A drizzle of milk or half and half
Sprinkle of pepper, season salt, chives, and parsley
Green or Blend chile (about 1/2 a jar)
Lots of Colby Jack cheese
Sausage (optional)
Bake as a frittata or put in a crust for a quiche for 20 -30 minutes on 350' until firm. Top with red sauce drizzle when done. Enjoy!
