Green Chile Mashed Potatoes

Green Chile Mashed Potatoes
4 large potatoes (any kind you desire)
1 stick of butter
1 package of cream cheese
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tbsp of chopped parsley
1 cup (or more if you want) of shredded Asadero cheese (or your favorite cheese)
1 tbsp of chicken bouillon powder
Pinch or two of ground black pepper
8 oz Pure Green Chile (Medium)

Cut your potatoes into cubes and boil them until soft. In a large mixing bowl, add your cooked potatoes, 1 stick of room temperature butter, 1 package of room temperature cream cheese, 1 tsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of chopped parsley, and blend until it reaches a creamy texture.
Then add your cheese, 1 tbsp of chicken bouillon powder, a pinch or two of pepper, 8oz of Pure Green Chile, and blend again to desired consistency.
Serve and enjoy!!
