2 Lb of hamburger meat
1 Jar of FCC Pure Green Chile (any heat you desire)
Shredded Cheese (any kind that you want)
Brown your hamburger meat in a skillet; when that is done, add 1 jar of Pure Green Chile and simmer on low heat 'till the chile has warmed up.
Put taco shells in a broiler or oven for a couple of minutes to warm them up a little (this is optional; it does melt the cheese easier :) ).
Line the bottom of the taco shells with a thin layer of cheese, then add the taco meat on top. Add more cheese on top and stick back in the oven or broiler to melt the cheese.
Garnish with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy these super easy tacos à la Carol!!
