Instructions:

1. Sauté Onion

 Sauté the onion in a pan with a little olive oil then add the hamburger meat and cook on medium heat until the meat is browned.

2. Drain Fat

 Drain any excess fat from pan and dispose of, or save for any future recipes.

3. Add Green Chile

Pour in both jars of of Pure Hatch Green Chile over the meat, stir in and simmer covered for at least 10 min.

4. Serve

Serve in warmed taco shells or corn tortillas with cheese, shredded cabbage, sour cream, avocados. Enjoy!.

I did that recipe before. But I added a can of stewed tomatoes. Turned out great.

Hi there! Looks good, but I’m confused on the amounts. In the video you add two (2) jars of Chile, but the recipe says 1 jar for 2.25# of meat. The video didn’t look like over 4# of meat to me. Can you clarify?
