1 Cup Shredded Cooked Chicken
1 Cup Grated Muenster Cheese
1 Sheet Puff Pastry
1 jar of Fresh Red Chile Sauce (Heat level of your choice)
Thaw and roll out Pastry Sheet until completely flat. Spread FRESH CHILE Sauce over pastry, then sprinkle in layers with chicken, cheese, and finally spinach.
Carefully roll the dough (much like a cinnamon roll) until you have something that resembles a log. With a VERY SHARP knife cut 3/4 inch slices all the way down the roll and place each slice on a lightly greased cookie sheet about 2inches apart.
Bake at 400degrees for about 15min. Or until golden brown.
