Taco Tuesday Keto Style

I made taco meat with 80/20 ground beef (dust with Hatch Red Chile Powder). 
Bed of red and green lettuce, cherry tomatoes, Mexican cheese blend, black olives, and fresh cilantro.
I made my dressing.
I don’t have exact measurements, so I made it to taste. 

Dressing Recipe:

1 small ripe avocado
2 spoonfuls of Mexican crema
Juice of 1 lime
Shake of FCC hatch green Chile spice
Pink salt
A spoonful of FCC Jalapeño Roast
A small splash of Herdez green salsa
Splash of water

I used my blender and blended until smooth. 
This was so good with a great kick!

Edit: The dressing was thick, so I thinned it out with water.
