Flank Steak stuff with Fresh Spinach, FCC Pure Green Chile, and Mozzarella.
1.7 lb flank steak; pound it down to about 1/2”.
Seasoned both sides with Montreal steak seasoning.
1 layer of FCC Pure Green Chile (to taste)
1 layer of fresh spinach (about 1 C),
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Roll it up, and tie with twine about every 1 1/2”.
Grill at 350° F.
Turn a quarter turn about every 8 minutes till 135 degrees is reached for a medium rare center.
Cauliflower done in the air fryer with sprinkles of FCC Hatch Red Chile Powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
