Stuffed Avocado

Stuffed avocado


5 mushrooms chopped
1 slice of onion, chopped
one clove of garlic, chopped
FCC Posole Seasoning, to taste
2 Tbsp FCC Pure Green Chile
A dash of Cream


Sauté in 1 tbsp unsalted butter.
After veggies have softened, add a splash of white wine.
Simmer until the wine is almost evaporated.
Add 6 or 7 medium-sized shrimp, per person, and season with FCC posole seasoning.
Add shrimp to vegetables and sauté on both sides.
Then add cream and Pure Green Chile.
Simmer until it coats the back of a spoon. Cut avocado in half. Place avocado half on cooked rice on each plate and spoon sauce over.
