Southwest Chicken Wrap

1 grilled chicken seasoned w/ FCC Hatch Spice Blend, cooked to 165°.
Any tortilla of your choosing. (I used a low-carb spinach tortilla).
1 Tbsp Mama's Salsa
1 Tbsp Sour cream

Combine salsa and sour cream to make a sauce. 
Lettuce, tomato, avocado, a pinch of shredded cheese of your choice (I used a Mexican blend). 
Now just assemble like you’re assembling a burrito. Wrap and eat!
