Sockeye Baked Salmon

Baked on a bed of Meyer lemons, marinated in 1 TBSP Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, 1 TBSP avocado oil, 2 sliced cloves of fresh garlic, fresh cracked black pepper, a good sprinkle of Fresh Chile Hatch Table Seasoning spice for some kick, dehydrated lime cilantro, and garlic seasoning, and a side of heirloom tomato slices.
That's a fresh, flavourful meal for a hot day!
Baked at 375° on parchment in my air fryer.
