Smoked Ham

Fabulous smoked ham tonight. I made some homemade mustard sauce with FCC Jalapeño Roast!

1 Spiral sliced ham.

Homemade Mustard BBQ Sauce


1 cup yellow mustard
¼ cup honey
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons ketchup
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt. I would omit this if you use it on ham, corned beef, etc.
3 Heaping Tablespoons FCC Jalapeño Roast or to your preference of heat.


Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Warm over medium to low heat, just long enough to combine sugar and mix well.
Remove the sauce from the heat and allow it to cool.
Transfer to a glass mason jar.
BBQ sauce/dip will last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator (but not in my home)!
