Organic Hot Breakfast
Yummy hot breakfast, now that fall has arrived:
Organic Sautéed Vegetables, in Kerrygold butter - (Vidalia onion, spinach, white mushrooms).
When the vegetables are almost done, make a well in the pan, add two farm-fresh eggs, add 1 tbsp filtered water, cover and let it steam for 5+ minutes. Sprinkle with FCC Hatch Spice Blend.
Spread FCC Red & Green Blend Medium Chile on a plate, top with the eggs and vegetables - add ground Himalayan sea salt to taste.
