Homemade Mushroom, Crema, and Hatch Chile Pizza!
3 cups of flour
1 package of quick yeast
1/4 cup of 118° water
1 tsp of sugar
2 tbsp of olive oil
3/4 c of water
1 tsp of salt
Add yeast and sugar to hot water, stir, and let sit
Add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, except water and oil. Mix.
Make a hole in the flour and add yeast oil and water. Mix and kneed. Let it sit for about an hour.
Prepare your salsa Roja with FCC Fresh Red Chile. I used about 3/4 c of sauce add 1/4 c crema. Sauté mushrooms, onions, and roasted hatch chiles.
Punch down dough, then separate into two balls. Roll out to desired thickness. Spread sauce on dough. Add mozzarella or chihuahua cheese and drizzle crema over cheese. Add mushrooms, onions, and chiles. Bake at 525° for 10 to 15 minutes.
