Spinach Artichoke Dip

Hatch Spinach Artichoke Dip

8 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 cup each of mayonnaise and sour cream
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon FCC Hatch Spice Blend
1/3 cup each grated Parmesan, Mozzarella, and Smoked Gouda

Mix and set aside.

14 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
6 oz frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
1/2 cup FCC Medium Pure Green Chile
Mix and add to cream cheese mixture

Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve with Pita Chips or Tortilla chips. Delicious!
