Hatch Pecan Key Lime Bars
Crust (bake at 350° for 10 min.)
1 3/4 c graham cracker crumbs 12 sheets
1/2 c FCC Sweet and Hot Pecans
1/3 c sugar
1 stick melted butter
(Crush all in a food processor.)
Filling (bake at 350° for 12 min. after pouring over baked crust)
Mix thoroughly in a blender or food processor.
3 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 c key lime juice
4 tsp lime zest (optional)
1 tbsp Hatch Green Chile Spice
Top with fresh whipped cream.
