Boiled Artichokes with Fresh Chile Dipping Sauce

Put 2 large artichokes, or more, in a large pot and add water. 
Add enough water to cover half of the artichokes.
Add margarita mix to cover the rest of the artichokes.
Add bay leaf.
Boil for 30 minutes.

Dip
Mayo 1/2 cup,
2 Tbsp, or more, Fresh Chile Sweet & Spicy Mustard
minced fresh garlic,
black pepper,
optional, add parmesan cheese to dip.
