Hatch Chile Funeral Potatoes

1 bag Potatoes O'Brien
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup FCC Pure Green Chile
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Melt together, everything except potatoes, and put in a greased casserole dish. Pour cheese mix over potatoes and stir.
Top with Durkee's fried onions if desired.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
