Hassel Cattle Company Tender Chuck Roast
All I can say is OMG!!! This is the Hassel Cattle Company Tender Chuck Roast!! I cooked it in the crockpot on low for 8 hours.
With Idaho golds and onions.
At 4 hours added baby carrots.
I used the McCormick roast gravy mix and used beef broth in addition to some water and added the Fresh Chile Spice.
When the roast was done, I took it out and added some flour, Fresh Chile Green Jalapeño Roast to the gravy and heated and stirred it till it was a little thicker. I must say, that roast couldn’t be sliced. It just came apart and is SO GOOD!! The flavor is just amazing! Served with buttered biscuit and a really nice tomato!
