Green Chile Stew
It’s got Fresh Chile Pure Green Chile, cubed pork, potatoes, squash, and corn.
I usually cook the pork before I add it to the stew. Season to your liking.
Nothing fancy; just put it all together and simmer.
And served with fresh homemade tortillas! That’s the bonus!
(The corn and the squash are from my lovely backyard garden.)
