Green Chile Cheeseballs
These come together in just a couple of minutes and are a standard in my house. Everyone loves them!
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 jar FCC Pure Green Chile
Salt to taste
1 cup shredded cheese, wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for later consumption.
Hint: make a few. You'll always be prepared for guests. :)Spread on your favorite crackers.
It looks pretty with pomegranate or pimento, but I bet the red/green chopped chile would also look great! Also, the bit of sweetness from the pomegranate complements the chile!
