Fresh Red Sourdough Tortillas

One cup sourdough starter mixed with half a cup Fresh Red Chile (X-Hot) and 2 tablespoons lard!
Enough flour (about 2 cups) to bind.
Soft and just enough to ball up and not stick to the side of the bowl.
Cover for at least 15 minutes before rolling out super thin and cooking on a flat iron.
Cook about 1 minute per side, flipping when it starts to bubble up.
