Fresh Chile Reuben

Fresh Chile Reuben
6 slices Hassell Cattle Co. corned beef
4 slices Swiss Cheese
2 pieces of toasted Rye Bread
Red onion slices
1 Roasted FCC Chile (from last year, seeded and cut in half) Or Pure Green Chile
2 Tbsp Duke’s Mayo
2 Tbsp Claussen Sauerkraut
1 Katz’s Deli pickle
1 Katz’s Deli pickled tomato
Salt and vinegar chips
Put corned beef in a skillet with cheese on top to heat up beef and melt the cheese (Corned beef comes fully cooked).
Made the sauce using Mustard and Mayo, then toasted the rye bread in the toaster.
Put the toasted bread in a skillet and add the mustard mixture, onion, sauerkraut, corned beef, and cheese.
Top with Green Chile, another slice of toast, and let it all heat up together.
Add pickle, sliced pickled tomato, and chips.
