Fresh Chile Chicken & Black Bean Tacos

1 1/2Lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, diced
1 1/2 tbsp Fresh Chile Hatch Spice Blend
1 tsp dried oregano
1tsp kosher salt
1/2 onion diced
1/2 can of black beans
1 cup of spicy pickled garlic juice

Brine thighs overnight in the spicy pickled garlic juice.
Pull the thighs and pat dry.
Dice and sprinkle with the spice blend, oregano, and salt.
Fry up the Blackstone to medium, add the onions and chicken, cook till chicken is almost done, then add the beans of choice and heat through.
Served on corn tortillas with grated cheese, diced avocado, and some Fresh Chile Mama's Salsa. Enjoy!
