Fresh Chile Biscuits and Gravy
1/2 tsp FCC Hatch Green Chile Spice
1/4 cup of flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
One pound of breakfast sausage.
A few dashes of your favorite hot sauce.
Browned the sausage kept the fat but didn’t have much so I added a pat of unsalted butter, flour, and seasonings. Made a roux and added the milk. Eggs were a sprinkle of FCC Hatch Green Spice Blend and some provolone cheese scrambled up. Easy but so satisfying.
