FCC Stuffed Peppers
1 lb ground beef
1/2 chopped white onion
One pkg hot taco mix
1/4 jar FCC Fresh Green Chile
Salt and pepper
Three pack of tri-colored bell peppers
FCC Jalapeño Roast
A dollop of sour cream
Cook the peppers in salted water until soft; at the same time, sautée onions in olive oil. Add beef (browned), Fresh Green Chile, and taco seasoning. Put peppers in a baking dish and fill with meat mixture—heat oven to 350°. Cover the dish with foil when the oven is heated and cook for 20-25 minutes. Add cheese and cook uncovered for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted, garnish with Jalapeño Roast, cilantro, and sour cream on top… enjoy!!
