FCC Meatloaf Burgers

Meatloaf Burgers

(make in the morning, so everything marinades properly)
2 pounds ground beef
3/4 cup FCC BBQ - Sweet & Spicy
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
Two eggs (to put on your meatloaf hamburger)
One tablespoon diced onion
One tablespoon chopped Mexican oregano
1/4 teaspoons thyme
One tablespoon FCC Hatch Red Chile Powder
1/2  teaspoon salt and pepper
Two teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 ounces of freshly grated Parmesan
Two cloves garlic, grated or minced

Kaiser rolls or hamburger buns, split (I toast mine in the broiler).
FCC Dijon  or FCC Sweet and Spicy Mustard
Tomato slices
sliced cheese of your choice
eggs ( I poach mine in my air fryer. You can fry yours if you wish)

Gently mix the ingredients; shape them into eight patties. Grill, broil, or pan-fry until the meat is no longer pink. Serve on toasted buns, brush with FCC mustard of your choice. My guy likes the sweet and spicy; I love the FCC Dijon with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and top with egg. Enjoy My FCC Cookin Friends!

I put my eggs in a ramekin bowl sprayed with oil, sprinkled  FCC Hatch Spice Blend and air fried, preheat air fryer 330° for 3 minutes, place the egg in the fryer at 330° for 8 minutes, put it onto your burger if you want an egg.
My pickles are from a famous deli in New York, Full Sour Pickles(they are so good!).
