Chile Relleno Frittata with Taters 

Six eggs whisked w/ about a cup of shredded cheese, half n half cream, and FCC seasoning. Sprayed pie pan and layered frozen potato, onions/green peppers mix in the bottom, and some garlic, sausage, and chopped tomatoes.

Another layer with three Hatch Chile Relenllos. Poured egg mixture over that. Baked at 400 degrees till done
Garnished with FCC Mama's Salsa and cilantro. ENJOY!
